The Sustainability Steering Committee is an integral part of the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) process at Haynes. The Committee meets regularly and reviews our sustainability progress and priorities, and ensuring accountability at all levels of our organization.

Haynes International has an enterprise level environmental policy, which focuses on fostering a safe workplace, while protecting the environment, complying with laws, and health and safety management systems. We utilize all available resources to improve quality, environmental, health and safety management systems, as well as set objectives and targets for each. This policy is communicated to contractors and vendors who provide services on site, and we periodically audit selected suppliers from an environmental compliance perspective.
