• April is Earth Month.

Earth month is a time to raise awareness around the issues that affect our planet. We are conscious of our environmental impact and we are actively working to lighten our carbon footprint. We have two solar farms online and a third on the way. Last year our solar systems produced over 2000 MWh of electricity which is approximately 1100 tons of CO₂ avoidance. As we look to our future, it is important that we prioritize environmental sustainability.
  • Haynes International Knows Additive Manufacturing.

Additive Manufacturing enables the design and manufacture of complex shaped parts, can reduce cost and waste, and can improve lead times compared to traditional production processes. Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) and Laser Wire Directed Energy Deposition (LW-DED) applications include rocket and aerospace components, heat exchangers, and many more. These processes make extensive use of wire feedstock. HAYNES® 233® and HAYNES® 282® alloy wires are used in WAAM and LW-DED. These alloys are well established in the high-performance alloy market due to their excellent combination of high temperature properties and fabricability.
  • More than an alloy manufacturer. We are your global supply chain partner.

One of Haynes’ unique strengths is that we can sell directly from our mill or through our worldwide service centers. Whether you need on-demand delivery of finished goods, end-use technical support or a partner with a global presence, Haynes International provides value far beyond the alloys themselves. To check local product availability, please call worldwide sales office at 1-800-354-0806.
  • Alloy development is at the very heart of what we do.

We are an industry leader in developing new alloys and developing new applications for existing alloys developed to meet our customers’ specialized and demanding requirements. More than 53% of our sales are from our HASTELLOY® and HAYNES® alloys we invented. Since 2003, our technical programs have yielded 9 new proprietary alloys. We currently have 19 U.S. patents and applications.
  • In our world there is no room for almost.

We’ve got your mission-critical application covered. Haynes International develops, manufactures, and distributes HASTELLOY® and HAYNES® alloys for Aerospace, Chemical Processing, Power Generation, Emerging Markets, and many other industries. We are the high-performance alloy experts. Contact one of our marketing managers to help with your new or existing application.
