  • HAYNES® HR-160® alloy for high-temperature corrosion applications.

HAYNES® HR-160® alloy is a nickel-cobalt-chromium-silicon alloy that has excellent resistance to sulfidation and halogen attack in both reducing and oxidizing atmospheres. The alloy can withstand temperatures up to 2200°F (1204°C) and is included in ASME Code (Case 2385). It can be used for many high temperature applications to process halogenated salts and compounds, recycle waste into used products like carbon and synthesis gas, and to process sulfur and phosphorous-containing materials.
  • More than an alloy manufacturer. We are your global supply chain partner.

One of Haynes’ unique strengths is that we can sell directly from our mill or through our worldwide service centers. Whether you need on-demand delivery of finished goods, end-use technical support or a partner with a global presence, Haynes International provides value far beyond the alloys themselves. To check local product availability, please call worldwide sales office at 1-800-354-0806.
  • Alloy development is at the very heart of what we do.

More than 53% of our sales are from our HASTELLOY® and HAYNES® alloys we invented. Since 2003, our technical programs have yielded 9 new proprietary alloys. We currently have 19 U.S. patents and applications.
