Our Commitment
Haynes International, Inc. is committed to promoting the highest standards of business and ethical conduct. We rely on these standards to gain the trust of customers, peers and shareholders. We consider it highly important that all employees (and vendors) have a clear understanding of our ethical standards, have access to management in order to obtain guidance when difficult questions arise, and have a full and fair opportunity to advise the Company (on an anonymous basis, if they so desire) if they feel illegal or unethical actions have been or will be taken by either employees of the Company or parties with whom the Company does or seeks to do business. The Company supports the efforts of employees and vendors who in good faith communicate violations or suspected violations of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and will not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone who in good faith reports possible misconduct, even if upon investigation their suspicions prove to be unwarranted.
