HAYNES INTERNATIONAL, INC. CEO AND PRESIDENT RECEIVING OUTPATIENT TREATMENT FOR CANCER
KOKOMO, IN, February 19, 2008 – Haynes International, Inc. (Nasdaq GM: HAYN) announced today that President and CEO, Francis J. Petro, is being treated on an outpatient basis for cancer. Mr. Petro will continue to perform his duties during his treatment. In the event that Mr. Petro is unavailable at any time during treatment, James A. Laird, Vice President – Marketing, Research & Development and Marcel Martin, Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer will assume responsibility for daily operations.
