	This horizontal, electrically fired retort of HAYNES^® 230^® alloy is reported to last more than four times longer than the alloy 600 it replaced.
This heat-treat fixture of HAYNES^® 230^® alloy operates at 1550°F (843°C), with a subsequent water quench, in an off-road automotive equipment plant.
	High-temperature squirrel-cage fans fabricated from HAYNES^® 556^TM alloy have provided excellent service in resisting a number of atmospheres at 1700 to 1800°F (926 to 982°C).
Corrugated boxes of HAYNES^® HR-120^® alloy are used in carburizing furnaces operating up to 1750°F (954°C). These boxes were fabricated from 11 gauge (0.120") sheet and the #2 mesh bottoms were woven from 0.120" diameter wire. The service life of the boxes have been extended approximately 35 percent.
